T.E.S. Event Agency offers specific services for US Companies which want to organise events in Europe
or use only one of the activities listed below:
- hotel accommodation – air conditioning is guaranteed and confortable bed, with particular attention to its size!
- transfer – by private bus
- meeting venue
- technical equipment
- coffee station
- lunch at buffet or seated at the table
- dinner in typical restaurant or in a charming location (gala dinner, also)
- daily or evening team building
- social programme for accompanying person (with private guide english speaking) such as city tour, wine tastyng, visit to motor valley or historical sites and buildings
- catering or entertainment on the boot (if the Company attends a fair, for example)
- supervisor at disposal during the event
- talk number available for the guests during their stay
